By downloading, installing, or using PromptPay QR App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a QR code generator based on the EMVCo standard for Thailand's PromptPay system. Key features include:

• Generate PromptPay QR codes (with or without specified amount)
• Save and share QR codes as images
• Manage multiple store profiles
• Customize QR codes with frames, text, and logos (Pro features)

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• The App is only a QR code generation tool, not a financial service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of payments resulting from scanning generated QR codes
• We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect PromptPay information
• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of PromptPay IDs before use
• The App is not affiliated with the Bank of Thailand or any financial institution

4. Pro Subscription

• The App offers Pro features through a one-time purchase or subscription
• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing
• Refund policy follows Google Play's policy
• Pro status can be restored via the "Restore Purchase" button in the App

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and all its content are the property of the developer
• QR codes generated by users belong to the users and may be used freely
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App is prohibited

6. User Data

• All data is stored only on the user's device
• Data handling follows our Privacy Policy
• Users can delete all data at any time

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Generate QR codes with PromptPay IDs that do not belong to you without authorization
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Impersonate another person or organization

8. "As-Is" Service

The App is provided "as-is" with:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No guarantee of compatibility with all devices
• The right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand.
